Canadian Youth looking for work today are experiencing the biggest culture shift in decades. Employers are often looking for experience, even for entry level roles, and have complicated application and onboarding processes. Often times youth are overlooked and written off. This is even more difficult for youth that are experiencing barriers to workforce entry.

Canada Youth Works is part of a national online employment community focused on helping youth across Canada find suitable employment. We work with employment centers, schools, not-for-profit resources and social enterprises to share awesome positions, nationwide. Through this network, we can connect youth to employers and government funded resources, coast to coast.

We seek to help all youth looking to find work, including members of the indigenous community, new immigrants, individuals with disabilities, vulnerable youth, single parents and non-high school graduates, among others. We aim to highlight employers who share the CYW vision of drastically reducing youth unemployment. Together, we can ensure that every Canadian youth has meaningful work, Nationwide.

While the job board caters to a specific community, we welcome all interested applicants to explore and apply to the available job opportunities present. We have a ‘zero tolerance’ policy when it comes to discrimination; we seek to provide an inclusive environment for all individuals.
