At Canada Youth Works, we understand how tough it can be for young Canadians to get started in today’s changing job market. Many employers ask for experience even in entry-level roles, and complex hiring processes can make things harder. For youth who face additional barriers, finding the right opportunity can feel out of reach. That’s why we’re here, to help bridge that gap and connect young people with meaningful work.
As a national online employment community, we bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by collaborating with employment centers, schools, nonprofits, and social enterprises. Our mission is to connect youth with meaningful work while promoting an inclusive and supportive hiring landscape.
