Number of Positions: Four (4)

Job duties: Scouting, spotting, guiding, calling, setting up and breaking down spreads. Talking with landowners. Reading RM maps. Cleaning birds. Leading guest hunters

Wage: $ 30.00 lodging, fuel and food are all provided

Terms of employment: (Fall) September 2026 through mid/late November 2026.

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience
• Ability to call ducks & geese
• Be physically fit and be able to work long hours
• Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs
• Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
• Be willing to work outdoors
• Be self motivated
• Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
• Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
• Be able to read RM maps
• Have a clean driver’s record
• Resume required
