Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations. The Store Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership to retail staff, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory and finances, and ensuring the store operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company policies. This role combines hands on operational involvement with strategic oversight to drive sales performance and long term business success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate retail sales staff and cashiers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities; prepare and manage staff work schedules
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales staff; conduct performance monitoring and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, key holding duties, and security protocols
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
• Authorize payments, refunds, exchanges, and the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies
• Manage inventory levels, place merchandise orders, and ensure accurate stock control
• Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports related to sales volumes, merchandising, staffing, and expenses
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, signage, and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Implement and support sales initiatives, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations
• Participate in sales activities alongside staff as needed to support operations and customer service
