About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shoemaker to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a structured production environment.
You’ll play a key part in preparing materials, operating machinery, and ensuring components move smoothly through each stage of production. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, textiles, assembly, or similar environments, this will feel like familiar territory with a few interesting twists.

Key Responsibilities
Perform material preparation and finishing tasks to ensure components meet quality standards
Coordinate component inventory and production requirements across departments
Prepare and organize work-in-progress materials for downstream production stages
Remove completed components from molds, forms, or fixtures
Operate specialized machinery to shape, channel, or modify materials
Use industrial equipment to apply adhesives and assemble layered components
Operate press machinery to cut materials into precise shapes using dies
Attach reinforcement materials to improve durability and structural integrity
Prepare components for a variety of construction methods and product variations

What You Bring
Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a similar hands-on role
Comfort working with machinery and production tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow processes and adapt to different production methods
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with precision materials
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
