The Crossing Resort is hiring enthusiastic team members for our 2026 season! Located on the world-famous Icefields Parkway in the heart of Banff National Park, we’re surrounded by glaciers, turquoise rivers, and some of the most spectacular mountain scenery on Earth.
No experience required — we’ll train you. If you bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.

What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn — no previous experience necessary
• Ability to live and work in a remote mountain setting for the season
• Reliability, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada — we are unable to provide LMIA or visa sponsorship
• Must be 18+ for bartender positions
