• Salary: 37.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment Full time
• Time of Work: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day

Job requirements
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to communicate in English
• Experience : 7 Months to less than 1 year
• Onsite: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities:
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules
• Supervision: 1 to 2 people
