bout the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Support Worker to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a private home setting for an individual with ongoing medical and mobility needs.

This role requires someone with strong caregiving experience and healthcare knowledge, who can provide both personal care and assist in monitoring overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
Support with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance
Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in health condition
Assist with medication routines as directed

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 or 1+ years experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare setting
Background in personal support work, nursing, or related healthcare field strongly preferred
Experience working with clients with medical conditions or mobility limitations
Ability to assist with basic health monitoring and care routines
Strong communication skills in English
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Preferred (Strong Asset
Formal education in nursing or healthcare-related field
Experience in hospital, long-term care, or private home care
Knowledge of medication administration and patient care techniques
