Feed Milling Foreman/Forewoman Full Time NEW

• Oversee and assist with daily productivity while following established protocols and procedures.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to staff.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of workers.
• Ensure safety, security, and biosecurity/hygiene control measures are followed.
• Oversee the unloading of containers, materials, and commodities.
• Monitor and maintain records, reports, and work logs.
• Clean equipment and immediate work areas
• Maintaining safe working conditions by completing, addressing, and reporting daily maintenance, health, and safety concerns to Management
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and equipment repairs.
• Operate equipment as required; farm tractor and forklift (licensed)
• Adhere to the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Canada Labour Code
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
