Job Summary
Clear Ottawa is seeking an experienced Eavestrough/Siding Installation Supervisor to oversee installation crews and ensure that all gutter and exterior drainage systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations, supervise field staff, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the installation, repair, and maintenance of eavestrough, siding and exterior drainage systems
• Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment
• Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and client specifications are met
• Provide technical guidance and training to crew members on installation techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with management regarding project timelines, materials, and staffing requirements
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and employee performance
• Communicate with clients on-site as needed to address questions and ensure satisfaction with services
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new installation staff when required
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school (high school diploma required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eavestrough/siding installation, exterior construction, or a related trade
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials used in eavestrough systems
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, project specifications, and site requirements
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environment
• WHMIS Certification
• Aerial Lift Certification
• Licensing
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (minimum G2)
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a Police Background Check and be bondable
