Dental Ceramist / CAD CAM Designer Full Time NEW

Cerall Dental Laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist/CAD-CAM Designer to join our team. We specialize in fabricating high-quality dental crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. Committed to excellence and superior service, we collaborate with dental offices across the province to help create beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities
• Fabrication: Prepare and fabricate crowns, bridges, and implants according to dentist prescriptions; make necessary adjustments for fit and function.
• Digital Workflow: Operate scanners and milling machines; scan and design crowns, bridges, and customized implants using CAD software.
• Precision Design: Create accurate wax-ups for crowns, bridges, and implant prosthetics.
• Inventory Management: Manage supplies for e.max press, porcelain, and metal materials.

Core Abilities
• Restoration Expertise: Proficient in fabricating anterior and posterior restorations using Zirconia, Lithium Disilicate.
• Technical Knowledge: Outstanding understanding of tooth anatomy and morphology.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in operating computers and specialized CAD/CAM dental software, preferably exocad.
• Detail Oriented: Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions precisely.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• Legal Status: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Holiday Working Visa holders are welcome to apply.

Benefits & Schedule
• Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 per year. Can be negotiated based on experience; comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
• Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week).
o Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM;
o Fri: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
