Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
• Provide basic information to clients and the general public
• Obtain and process information required to deliver customer service
• Operate a switchboard or multi-line telephone system
• Order and maintain office supplies inventory
• Record and relay information accurately
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Prepare and send invoices
• Receive and process payments
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages appropriately
• Calculate and verify billing charges
• Provide directory assistance as needed
• Offer assistance to persons with disabilities
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Sell products and services on a retail basis
Required Skills:
• Over 5 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
• Makes decisions confidently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with colleagues and clients.
