Construction Painter Supervisor Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Painter Supervisor to oversee painting crews on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of painters, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction painters and related workers.
-Assign work to crew members and ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
-Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
-Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other trades and project supervisors.
-Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and work quality.
-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices on job sites.
-Prepare work progress reports and maintain records of employee attendance, work performed, and material usage.
-Perform painting duties as needed to support the crew and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
-Completion of secondary school.
-Several years of experience as a construction painter or in a related trade.
-Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is considered an asset.
-Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, coatings, finishes, and application methods.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
