Two permanent, full time positions.
4) Salary and Compensation
This is a permanent full time position. The candidate will receive an hourly pay of $34.07
to $38 per hour and will be expected to work 45 hours a week. The candidate may be
eligible for pay increase and bonus depending on the candidate’s performance and
company profitability. There will be no overtime work.
The candidate will be enrolled in our benefit program after 3 months of successful
employment. Benefits include health and basic dental coverage. Private health
insurance will be provided on first day of arrival until candidate is eligible for provincial
health insurance.

accommodation.

5) Job Description:
• Show up to work every day. Saturdays are not mandatory unless required to meet
construction deadlines.
• Assist in excavating, demolition, formwork, waterproofing, landscaping, finishing, and
all other aspects of concrete construction and restoration
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to the work area
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels,
wheelbarrows, and other equipment
• Perform any other construction labor-related tasks as required
• Assist with the forming, pouring, and finishing on concrete projects as required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outside in all types of weather.

• Other duties as required

6) Skills Required
• At least 3 years of concrete construction experience including finishing, formwork,
concrete and building restoration, and concrete coatings.
• The candidate must be able to communicate verbally in English.
7) Job Location
The job location will vary based on where the active projects the company is engaged
in. Fida Restoration operates mainly in the Greater Toronto Area, reaching from
Hamilton to Scarborough, and as north as Richmond Hill. Occasionally we may work
outside these boundaries, however this would be discussed on a job-by-job basis if
required.
