Super Sausage Ltd. located at 1151 Stone Rd. in Hamilton L8W 2C6, is looking for Butcher, F-T permanent position, English language, wage $28.65 /hr, 40-44 hrs per week. Main duties: cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meats and poultry for wholesale or sale according to customer’s orders, cut carcasses, sides and quarters, remove bones from meat and poultry, shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, prepare special orders, make special sausages grind meats using power grinders, operate multi-functional process control machinery, use of manual cutting utensil, band saw, sausage machine,. Additional skills include knowledge of Eastern European spices and recipes. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience as butcher, no formal education required.
