Position: Baker – NOC 63202

Rosetown AG Foods is looking to hire an experienced Baker in a permanent, full-time position at their store located in Rosetown, SK. (Expected start date: January 2027).

Job duties Include: Prepare and bake doughs and batters for various baked goods and specialized customer orders. Decorate, price and display cakes and baked goods. Ensure that baked goods meet all quality standards, maintain and keep an organized and hygienic kitchen, storage and fridge /freezer area. Purchase ingredients and baking supplies. Draw up a schedule to produce various baked goods and quantities. Oversee sales and merchandising of products. May train and supervise baking and kitchen staff when needed.

Wage: $18/hr (40 hours per week). Overtime and vacation pay as per Saskatchewan Employment Standards. No other benefits at this time.

Minimum of 6 months to less than 1 year of previous experience in grocery retail environment required. Working in a bakery or supervising in a retail bakery preferred. (No formal qualifications required).

Ability to read, write, understand and correspond in English required.
