Now, we are expecting an Administrative Assistant to join us!
Job Duties:
• Process paperwork, such as forms, reports, brochures, correspondence, and presentations, etc.
• Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls to ensure smooth communication.
• Organize electronic and physical files, including client documents and financial reports.
• Input and update client information and financial data into databases.
• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including agendas and presentations.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and details.
• Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory; restock as necessary.
Qualification:
• Completion of an administrative/secretarial program or relevant clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
