Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Hourly Wage: $28 per hour
Work Hour: 30 hours/week.

Now, we are expecting an Administrative Assistant to join us!
Job Duties:
• Prepare various documents, including invoices, receipts, brochures, reports, surveys, etc.
• Coordinate appointments for customers and photographers, ensure they are scheduled and confirmed.
• Manage incoming correspondence, coordinate information flow internally and externally.
• Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries.
• Welcome clients and visitors; direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain organized customer files and accurately record information in our database.
• Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Provide accurate meeting minutes as required.
• Gather and compile data for research needs.
Qualification:
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program related administrative assistance or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detailed oriented, organized, and cooperative.
