Job Description:
We are currently seeking two compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Home Support Workers to provide personal care and assistance to elderly individuals and persons with physical disabilities in a private household.
The successful candidates will assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, companionship, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer bedside care and provide assistance with personal care needs.
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and other personal hygiene activities.
Support clients with regular physical activities, including walking and exercise.
Assist with feeding and meal-related needs.
Launder clothing, bedding, and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help maintain the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
At least 1 month but less than 7 months of relevant experience.

CPR Certificate.
First Aid Certificate.

Ability to communicate in English.
Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
Experience caring for elderly individuals or persons with physical disabilities is an asset.

Work Conditions:
Work must be performed on-site at the employer’s residence.
Non-smoking environment.
Must be physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, standing, sitting, and walking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working under pressure.
Flexible availability required, including morning, daytime, nighttime, weekends, and overtime when required.
