KFC Restaurant in Dawson Creek is in need of one Cook
$18.50 per hour at 35-40 hours per week
Duties:
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Recruit and hire staff
Manage kitchen operations
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Provide advice in the area of food preparation and storage, and food safety
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Establish work schedules

> With Food Safety Certificate
> One year to less than 2 years of Experience as a Cook
> Proficient in the English Language
> Graduate of Secondary Education or equivalent experience as a Cook
