Salary: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Flexible Hours

About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Support Worker / Caregiver to provide quality in-home care and assistance to our client. The successful candidate will help maintain the client’s comfort, dignity, and independence while performing daily personal care and household support duties.

Requirements
*Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
*7 months to less than 1 year of related caregiving experience
*Ability to work on-site in the employer’s home
*English language proficiency

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Administer bedside and personal care
Administer medications as directed
Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Assist with regular exercise such as walking
Feed or assist in feeding
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Cook daily meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany client to appointments and social outings
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Launder clothing and household linens
Shop for groceries and household supplies
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
