Salary: 23.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic
Responsibilities / Tasks:
– Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
– Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
– Perform minor repairs on appliances
– Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
– Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
– Work with minimal supervision
– Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Experience in operating Equipment: Power tools
Security and safety: Criminal record check
