You will perform all of the duties assigned to your position, as directed by
management, and in compliance with all of the Company’s policies. You
will report to the Area Manage or his/her designate, within Soul
Restaurants’ discretion. Your duties, work location and reporting
relationships may be reasonably adjusted or changed from time to time to
meet the changing requirements of Soul Restaurants.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
Establish methods and procedures to meet work schedules.
• Handle and address customer’s complaints and concerns.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all team
members.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties and to follow sanitation & safety procedures.
• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients which are required.
• Ensure that food service meets standards of quality control.
• Plan menus and determine related food and costs.
• Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld.
• Recruit new staff and conduct orientations and training schedules.
• Prepare the weekly schedule for all employees in the restaurant.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Establishing business incentives and the roll out of new products and
promotions.
