Tasks
Evaluate daily operations, Monitor staff performance, Plan and organize daily operations, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Leading/instructing individuals, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Safe Food Handling certificate
Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
