Job Description

Duties:

Prepare and cook full course meals.

Prepare both veg and non-veg dishes as per menu.

Prepare and cook individual dishes and food including sauces and dips.

Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.

Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Order supplies and equipment.

Supervise kitchen helpers.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is required
