Job Duties:
• Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats according to store instructions
• Keeping records, inventory and quantity inspections on meats
• Overseeing food storage area and ensuring adequate conditions
• Using machines to grind meats and slice cooked meats
• Wrapping and packaging prepared meats
• Shaping, lacing and tying meat cuts for display counters
• Adhere to both governmental health and safety regulations as well as occupational health and safety guidelines.
