Hei Hei Rice Roll is a Cantonese rice roll restaurant located in Richmond, BC. We are looking for a permanent, full-time Assistant Manager to join us.

Job Duties:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth workflow.
• Developing and implementing work procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and effective team performance.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to reduce waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
