We are looking for a reliable Home Child Care Provider to care for our child. Your main responsibilities will include attending to the child’s basic needs and ensuring their safety. Additionally, you may need to perform some light housekeeping to maintain a safe and healthy home environment.

We are looking for a full-time candidate to work 35 hours per week. While we prefer regular hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM), we offer flexibility. If overtime is needed on weekday evenings or weekends, we provide overtime pay at a rate of $30 per hour.

Job Duties:
– Provide high-quality daily care and supervision for the child, ensuring their safety and well-being.
– Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to the child’s dietary needs and preferences.
– Supervise mealtime and encourage good eating habits and manners.
– Teach personal hygiene and support their social and emotional development.
– Nurture good health habits, good manners, and social skills.
– Accompany the child to and from school, activities, and appointments safely and on time.
– Organize age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and reading to promote learning and fitness.
– Monitor the child’s health, attend to minor illnesses or injuries, and administer medications if needed.
– Record daily activities and update parents regularly.
– Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child’s care.

Qualification:
• Demonstrated experience in or ability to care for children is required.
• A clean criminal record check is mandatory.
• Possession of a Child First Aid Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, patient, and nurturing.
