A Shift Manager must be able to complete openings, mid shifts and or closes as per schedule and availability. A shift manager must support the restaurant with operational controls such as inventory management, waste management, and cash management. As per training and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
MAIN DUTIES:
• Preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications
• Taking customers orders at the front counter and drive through
• Packing orders and handing them to customers
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Responsible for providing leadership in the restaurant
EMPLOYMEN REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary school completion
• 7 months – 1-year QSR Supervisor Experience or Equivalent
