Wage: Starting at CAD $28.85 per hour

Number of Positions: One (1)
Terms of Employment: Full-time (40 hours a week)
Required Language Skills: English (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily activities of the waxing team, ensuring the highest standards are met.
• Oversee the activities of the reception team, ensuring customer needs are handled efficiently.
• Maintain the salon schedule, ensuring sufficient staff are scheduled to meet customer demand at all times.
• Provide ongoing education to the team, including product knowledge and basic/advanced techniques, to ensure they meet salon standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assess new staff as required and develop individualized training plans.
• Evaluate new products for both the salon and distribution business.
• Monitor industry trends and advise the Owner on the changing needs of clients.
• Respond to all client inquiries, educating clients and ensuring satisfaction.
• Advise the Owner on necessary operational changes.
• Advise the Owner on supplies and product requirements.
• Ensure all Interior Health standards regarding sterilization and cleaning are met.
• Recommend retail product purchases and educate the team on sales opportunities.
• Personally provide esthetic services at the highest level, setting an example for the team of the caliber of service expected.
Required Experience:
• Must have significant experience with Lycon Waxes and Elleebana products.
• Must have experience with class room training techniques to provide training to professional estheticians purchasing wax products.
• Must have experience providing technical training using zoom.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and controlling budget and inventory and managing
• contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
At least 5 years of experience as waxer.
Required Education:
• An advanced diploma in beauty therapy or a related field.
