Les Grillades is looking for a sous-chef with 2-3 years of experience in Lebanese cuisine. Les Grillades is a fine Lebanese cuisine restaurant in Ottawa (Nepean). There is currently one vacant full-time & permanent position. Please see requirements and how to apply below.

Job Description
Title: Sous-Chef
Position: Full-time (40h – 44h per week) & Permanent
Wage: Range between $21.00 / hour
Location: Les Grillades restaurat is located at 111 Colonnade Road, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 7M3. lesgrillades.ca
Work Experience: 2 – 3 years in Lebanese cuisine.
Education: Relevant education.
Languages: English or French
Schedule: Day/evening/weekends/nights
Working conditions: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive under pressure, Attention to detail
Skills: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Clean kitchen and Assist in Managing kitchen operations, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
