Why we’ll love You:

• Use an a nalytical, driven, and pragmatic approach to underwriting a wide variety of risk types
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding other underwriters through their own decision making
• Independent and self-motivated, you have a broad understanding of underwriting and pricing discipline
• You have a minimum 5 years’ experience in underwriting

Once here, you’ll:

• T hrive in a fast-paced environment where you tackle complex challenges seamlessly with brokers and insurance partners
• Assess applicants from internal brokers and set appropriate underwriting terms
• M aster file audits and ensure a profitable book of business
• Orchestrate multiple tasks, participating in the process of designing new guidelines and policies
• S upport, guide and mentor junior team members
