We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to manage the product roadmap for our restaurant platform guided by our overall enterprise mission. As a Senior Product Owner at Moneris, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, work with design and engineering and directly with merchants to build a unified solution for restaurants that makes their lives easier through easy to use products.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director of Product, Restaurant Strategy.
Work directly with our Director of Product on the vision and roadmap for the restaurant vertical, setting OKRs and synchronizing them with the enterprise mission.
Work with designers and developers to conceive, prototype, ship, and improve product features
Define the value and develop business cases for the Product and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
Work directly with customers through close collaboration with sales and other customer-facing teams and be the champion for the customer internally
Manage all elements of the product life cycle including gathering and creating product requirements, introducing new features (including determining the appropriate product solution bundle), retiring outdated or redundant features, and providing product support for product launches.
Identify success and performance metrics for the product you own and adjust to achieve targets.
5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record in developing product roadmaps and requirements gathering.
Experience with the software development product lifecycle
Record of identifying opportunities, gaps, or improvements, and recommending solutions to complex issues.
Experience applying end-to-end design thinking to empathize with customers and build positive customer experiences.
Passion for restaurants and how technology can help them survive in our ever-changing world
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to go from ambiguity to a compelling vision and strategy
University degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related field. Equivalent job experience can be considered as a substitution.
