Retail Associate – Keyholder (Full Time) Full Time

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail associate – keyholder, which we call a solutions advisor – keyholder at Best Buy. As a retail associate – keyholder, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade-ins and more.

No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Work in all areas of the store to provide a complete customer experience, from finding the perfect product, to setting up the perfect services, to processing transactions
• Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge
• Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
• Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent
