In this role, you will be responsible for leading portfolio schedule analysis of ship repair programs, and for improving the planning processes of the Program Controls department based on your ship repair experiences.
You will have strong influential, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to connect with others with tact and subtlety. Using your great personal skills, you will be able to stay focused on customer service and compliment this with a demonstrated desire to establish relationships that nurture trust and dedication.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at Victoria Shipyards.

The estimated salary for this position is $108,000 – $132,000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
