Associate Marketing Manager Full Time

Job Description:

Category Insights & Data Analytics:

• Ongoing analysis of category trends, working closely with Category Insights Manager
• Data analytics for key projects (QMP) and Monthly reporting on category performance and Customer Platform usage
• Track pricing and promotional activity across the Vet category
• Monitor and track competitive marketing initiatives to provide market intelligence leveraging publicly available information
• Conducts pre and post campaign analysis to evaluate ROI and effectiveness of Vet Marketing initiatives, including clinic promotions and Vet media
• Maintains awareness of developments within the clinic and competitive environment

Strategy:

• Provides inputs to Portfolio Managers during key stages of the Planning process (e.g., Business Reviews, Environmental Assessment, Category Growth initiatives etc.)
• Leverage category and competitive insights to support development of Portfolio strategy

Execution:

• Develop tools and resources that support Portfolio growth initiatives
• Wrike ownership and asset development required for Media and other Marketing initiatives
• Support on Digital execution (Website & Portal)
• Identify and execute against value added material needs
• Lead the execution of Sampling initiatives and kit development
• Support execution of Vet Conferences Nationally as required

Quality:

• Marketing QMP lead on various quality initiatives and ensuring that our internal processed are both up to date and providing suggestion for continuous improvement
• Adhere to applicable Quality and Food Safety Policies and Quality Management System requirements to ensure compliance to MARS standards.
• Demonstrate a quality culture in actions, words, and spirit
• Be flexible to accept other duties related to Portfolio Management, Vet and Consumer Media, Vet Services, Vet portal
