The Wellness Coordinator is accountable for providing support to the Ability Management and Wellness team with occupational injury management, injury and illness prevention and health promotion. The role will also be responsible for conducting office ergonomic assessments for employees with flexible work arrangements as part of the WFH program. The individual for this role is engaging and collaborative and willing to learn from the experience of the team and the employees we support. They are respectful, transparent and compassionate in their interactions with employees and colleagues. They have a passion to support the health and well-being of our employees and believe in creating safe spaces and healthy workplace culture.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement. This a casual position with the expectation to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $25.00-$30.00/hour. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity.
