• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
• Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
• Collect and screen applicants
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Advise manager and employees on staffing policies and procedures
• Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
• Support HR Manager with meetings, responses, and documentation
• Lead and/or participate in assigned joint committees
• Lead and support various recruitment and onboarding activities
• Respond to, and provide communication regarding, contracted leave request
