Farm Supervisor Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations in apermanent and full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff assignments,organize and oversee all aspects of our grain farming operation, and ensure strictadherence to safety and environmental regulations. You will supervise a team oflabourers and machinery operators, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Tasks:
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying andharvesting. Co-Ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvestinglabourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain qualitycontrol and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-relatedoperations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery andequipment.
30-40 hours per week.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will come with at least 2-3 years of previous farming andsupervisory experience and have graduated from high school and have the ability tocommunicate in English.
