Bachelors degree in Theology and ordained Bishop with the New Testament Church of God. At Least five Years work experience
Five Years work under the supervision of a Senior Pastor of the Church of God of the New Testament as a religious worker and educator.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Plan and direct the Education Ministry of the Church
– Work with the Board and the Senior Pastor in establishing the long term goals as well as the short term programs for developing the spiritual potential and growth of the young members in a local church
– Direct and coordinate the Youth program by implementing meaningful biblical teachings in accordance with the doctrinal principles and beliefs of the Church of God of the New Testament
-Provide general administrative and spiritual leadership and to develop the structure of the program choice of teaching material for all school age groups in the education ministry of the local church
-Preach to the Youth group in Youth worship services and as directed by the Senior Pastor in adult services
-Recruit and train dedicated volunteers as teachers and serving as a teacher if required
-Plan, coordinate and supervise Vacation Bible School programs each year
-Provide spiritual guidance and counseling one on one on as need basis
-Visit homes, hospitals when pastoral case is required
-Communicate activities Church-wide to both staff and using various media (bulletins, newsletters and websites).
-Must be able to coordinate our foreign missions and outreach ministry in the Caribbean diaspora, and expand our affiliations with coordinate churches in that area.
-Must be able to Provide religious education, spiritual guidance and moral support to members of a religious community;
– Must be a very good motivational speaker referencing the rich culture, history and traditions peoples of African origin, build confidence, inspire target audience, and engender self-esteem in at risk youth.
– Must aspire to destroy negative racial stereotypes that encumber, stultify, and muffle, positive self-definition, confidence, and the desire to excel amongst
the referenced youths.
-Must develop programs that help provide food, clothing, shelter, and teach the target audience the need to develop a sense of fellow-feeling, altruism, and the ability to live beyond self and serve humanity.
