KEYPLAN Measuring Inc., a trusted leader in home renovation and rebuilding, specializes in purchasing, redesigning, and constructing new homes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Manager to strengthen our partnerships and drive business growth in Victoria, BC.

Job Duties:
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen KEYPLAN’s market presence and drive business growth.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
• Build and foster relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings to establish connections and strengthen business relationships.

Qualification:
• Must be based in Victoria, BC, to support local channel expansion and attend regular in-person meetings at our office.
• A college diploma or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, sales, channel expansion, business development, or a similar role; management experience is an asset.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Knowledge of the home renovation or construction industry is a plus.
