This is an exciting opportunity to work for our newly acquired Front Row team. Front Row is an entertainment broker that specializes in insuring: Feature Films, TV Series, commercials, documentaries, and more. This is great for an individual who has a passion for all things entertainment – TV, Film & Music!

As a Branch Manager / Office Manager, you’re a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You’re responsible for all our daily office operations. I nspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members , while leveraging your insurance expertise. You will also own and support client relationships and provide effective insurance solutions to our clients

• Minimum Insurance broker Level 2 license
• Experience with BMS, CRM and WIES reporting
• 10 years of commercial insurance experience
• Bonus! 2 years of leadership experience

• Develop, mentor, and inspire team members
• Orchestrate Innovative ways of collaborating with other teams
• Periodically audit client files to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and authority program ratings
• Always think customer-first when handling concerns
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person to deliver top-notch coverage, protection, and client service
• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice, while offering in-house underwriting support to team members
